Cleaning proceeds only with verified permission and safe conditions under our care standards. We use water first, D/2 only, and soft nonmetal brushes. Before-and-after photos are sent to your family. If we cannot fulfill the service, you receive a full refund.

Our care standards
Limited, gentle cleaning—not restoration. Manufacturer directions, the stone’s condition, and cemetery requirements govern whether and how work can proceed.
We begin with water, spot-test, and use D/2 Biological Solution undiluted according to its label. Brushes are soft nylon or natural-bristle, and nonmetal. No bleach, acids, wire brushes, pressure washers, or restoration work. We stop if the stone’s condition or instructions raise concern.
Family and explicit cemetery/landowner permission, the exact location, site rules, and access hours must be verified before any work. Written permission is obtained where required.

Before dispatch, each helper must accept the work limits in writing and agree to a set rate. Relevant stone or grounds-care experience alone does not establish cemetery-cleaning competence.
Before-and-after photos show the same marker from a consistent angle, minimize personal details, and are sent to your family after the work.
